Common Billing Questions
How much does AutomateIt cost?
Plans start at ā¦15,000/month for our Starter tier. Most growing businesses choose our Pro plan (ā¦45,000/month) with advanced AI features. We also offer yearly plans with 20% savings.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. You can test the platform with your real customers before paying.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel from your dashboard settings. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Nigerian Naira (ā¦) via Paystack (supporting cards, bank transfers, and USSD) and USD ($) via credit card.
Do you charge Meta conversation fees?
We pass Meta's official conversation rates directly to you with zero markup. Meta includes 1,000 free user-initiated conversations per month, and we do not add any fee on top of what Meta charges.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing settings in your dashboard. Upgrades are processed immediately with a prorated charge, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
