Multi-Tenant Dashboard

Partition your dashboard workspaces and manage multiple clients from a single login.

AutomateIt is built from the ground up to support digital agencies. Our multi-tenant architecture lets you partition client data while managing all subscriptions under a single master dashboard.


1. How Multi-Tenancy Works

Every client you add to AutomateIt is placed in an isolated Workspace Tenant.

  • Data Isolation: Strictly enforced Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures that client details, contact databases, templates, and API keys are fully partitioned. Client A can never see Client B's data.
  • Central Administration: As the agency owner, you have access to a master account switcher dropdown in the top navigation bar. Select any client from the dropdown to instantly view and manage their live inbox, campaigns, and settings.

2. Managing Team Permissions

You can invite two types of users to a client workspace:

  1. Agency Managers (Admin): Team members from your agency who need access to all client workspaces to build workflows and check analytics.
  2. Client Managers (Restricted): Invites sent to your client's staff. They can log in to view their specific workspace (e.g., to reply to live chats or import contacts), but they cannot see other client workspaces, access your agency billing panel, or see the AutomateIt pricing tiers.

3. Adding a New Client Workspace

To provision a new client environment:

  1. Navigate to the Agency Panel from your sidebar.
  2. Click Create Client Workspace.
  3. Enter the client's business name and select their primary industry.
  4. The system instantiates a fresh database partition and configuration panel in seconds.
  5. Link their specific phone number via the embedded signup process inside that new workspace.
